Reaching Next Level of Game

How is the best way to expose my kids to be able to reach the next level of their game. My kids are 13 & 11 years old. They play the position from 1 through 3. We’re from Puerto Rico.

If there are leagues that are more competitive, you can search those out and have your kids tryout for those teams. The "next level" usually comes from playing on better teams against better competition.
