I am a university basketball player from Kenya, Africa currently recovering from an ACL and meniscus injury. How do i get back to the game even a better player?It being seven months since i last practiced.
That is something you should talk to your coach about. Work with him/her to come up with a plan to improve.

Also listen to your doctor and physical therapists about getting your knee strong and healthy. That is important!
