Coaches “notes” during games???

Random question - I see a lot of college coaches that have sheets that they have during games. They usually pull them out during timeouts. What is on those? Info on other teams? Situational plays? I’ve never figured out what they have on those sheets. I know football coaches have those sheets with all the plays, but never knew what was on the basketball ones. Anyone know?
