Ideal Shooting Percentage by Shot

What are the average completion rates for layups, free throws, field goals, etc? I'm looking for numbers to compare my teams performance against.

For example, at my job, we have theoretical or model numbers to compare against actual sales, inventory levels, etc. I'd like a similar comparison for my team's numbers.

The team is young...14 and 15 year old players.

Unfortunately I don't have that data organized for our teams. It varies quite a bit depending on the talent level, age, experience, competition, etc.

In Iowa high school teams submit stats to Qwikstats so you can get an idea here shooting % for varsity teams:

Maybe there are other states that have more detailed info for lay ups, etc??
