Foul Shots

My daughter is 11 years old and is a very good foul shooter. She has been to the Elks national free throw championship and averages about 86%. Since we began shooting foul shots when she was 10 she always had to slightly jump because she was small. She continues to jump today but is now strong enough to shoot free throws without jumping although she is still under 5 foot and only 77 pounds. About a week ago we began practicing without jumping and she will do real good one day and not so good the next very inconsistent. I would like advice on whether to continue to work on shooting free throws without jumping or just not mess with her since she shoots them so well? She shoots about 50 a day and has for a couple years so her current shot is very ingrained in her muscle memory. Thanks

Stay close to the basket and use good technique. That's all you need to worry about.
Her shot and body will change quite a bit in a couple years. What she is practicing now is not the shot she'll actually use once she matures. So just make sure she doesn't get bad habits.
Once puberty is done and full grown, then those reps really start to matter because that the shooting technique she'll be using for the long run.
