Players needs according to age group

Dear Coach,
I have been assigned a new role in my club as a coaches coordinator. I have been asked to do a presentation about the skills needs and requirements that each age group from 14, 16 and 18 year olds have.

I also would like to ask you if you could advise as to where to get information about a coaches coordinator role involve and how to best service this area in the club.
