Hi All

I have 12 players on my 5th grade team, which is WAY too many players.

10 minute quarters with running time.

Any ideas on the the best ways to rotate all 12 in fairly??

Thanks

I don't know your players but if you are looking for something easy.....

Make 2 teams of 6

Break each quarter down to 5 minute segments and play a different 6 each quarter

Do the best you can to play each 6 equally.... that isn't always possible... but do what you can.

First of all, I'm betting all 12 won't show up every single game so that will help. When we used to have to deal with that, we made a spreadsheet (see attached). I'd sub 5 players every 5 minutes. Some kids will get more playing time in a game than others, make it up the next game by starting lower on the spreadsheet with 5-9.
