does plan mean coming up with a basketball workout?

Since i have school right now, and also got P.E.. we're doing soccer right now (lots of running cause i like playing soccer and play hard for every sport)

Should i have 1 rest day or 2 rest days in a week, or just have 1 but if i'm feeling sluggish any other day i'll just take that day off?

my P.E teacher told of this seed called a Quinoa(some people call it a grain). It has very great nutritional values and is very healthy. It's worth checking out. I;m gonna eat it every day. I'm one of those healthy guys that try to eat only healthy food and hate eating junk food. My friends get very shocked.

Yes, make yourself a plan... a workout schedule. I wouldn't worry about running... you get plenty of that ... I am talking about skills / fundamentals. I would think that one day of rest would work for you..... you are young and have a ton of energy.

It's good that you don't eat junk food..... eat a healty balanced diet.... BEFORE you put anything into your body I would check with someone who knows for sure.... Pharmacists are usually a good source IF not a doctor.

Do you have a health teacher in your school? You can do an on line search for that information also.... why dont you try that and get back to us. I am asking you to do this so you take some ownership in this. AND I sure dont want to give you any wrong information..... NOT my area of expertise.

OK coach so here's the plan i came up with; not many shots because of school. My teachers is away up until Monday so i can't ask him yet for the health part yet

15 min- Ball handling stationary drills
Mikan drill- 10 made shots each side
5 min- shooting from a chair
From Shooting- 100 shots
10-12 min- chair changes (2 moves a day)
make at least 200 shots
practice shot after 1 2, jump stop, and off the dribble, passing to my self
Is this okay?

Also, I'm not strong enough to elevate then shoot yet past free throw line and barely in front of it. Should i add shots like that right after form shooting or just shoot the normal way i do.

Mikan is good
Delete the chair and form shoot off a wall 25 times
BEEF check from the blocks and in front of basket 5 minutes
Chair Drill is good
The other shooting is good too.... and shoot from where you are comfortable.... work your way back as you become successful.

This is a good start.

dos blocks mean the side of the hoop. When i do form shooting with 100 shots, i do 5 sports very close around the basket.
And when doing form shots should i always concentrate on keeping my elbow in, cause sometimes when i shoot and look at my elbow it is a little bit out, very litltle, and sometimes completely straight.
I still shoot a high percentage anyways.
