Hi Joe and Jeff,

I'm 19 and just started basketball training. My coach teaches so fast and is so demanding that my body hurts. I think he expects too much from me. I'm hoping for your advice on how to deal with him.

Have you talked to your trainer? And let him or her know your thoughts?

Nothing wrong with being sore for a while. You're body will get stronger and you'll probably stop getting sore. Maybe you need someone to push you and that's what the trainer thinks will help you the most?
