my team is facing a 3 2 full court press
I would like to know what would be the best offense attack for getting through this press

the defense is set up 3 men accross at base line and 2 men free throw area
ball is inbounded from base line entry
all players are in the half court near opposing teams BASKET

DEFENSE SET UP
1 and 2 player trap 1 and 4 opposite side 2 and 3 trap 3 and 5

how should attack this press

what would be the most effective offense and rotation

A lot of coaches will counter an odd front defense with an even front offense. With that in mind, I would suggest a 2-1-2 offense. Have your ballhandlers in the backcourt to handle the pressure. Place an athletic player with strong handles in the middle and both bigs across half court and have them flash into open areas of the press. There doesn't have to be a lot of movement but you must attack the middle of the press and look diagonal.
