WHAT OFFENSE CAN I USE WITH A TEAM OF GIRLS WITH THE AGES OF 11 -12 TO BOTH ZONE AND MAN TO MAN? CAN YOU HELP ME?

Typically, for this age group and younger I don't really have a set play.

Offensive plays tend to take up too much valuable practice time where you could be working on fundamentals, such as dribbling, passing, defensive footwork, etc.

What I have is a halfcourt offensive set. All players are taught once they pass the ball to cut to the basket facing the person they just passed to.

Also, we used pick and rolls against tight man to man.

That's it for me. I know some coaches who have plays, but as mention beforehand, I'd rather work on the fundamentals.

I would teach setting screens opposite of the way you passed. Teach cutters to set an off ball screen if they don't get the ball on the cut. I'd emphasize lots of ball movement with quick passes.
