Breakthrough Basketball is one of the nation’s leading basketball training organizations, hosting camps and skill development programs for youth athletes across the country. Our mission is to help players improve their skills, build confidence, and learn how to play the game the right way.

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable volunteers to assist with our youth basketball camps (Grades 3–9). This is a great opportunity for students, athletes, and aspiring coaches to gain experience, earn community service hours, and work alongside experienced coaches in a fun and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist coaches with drills and station setup
  • Help organize groups and keep campers engaged
  • Rebound and support skill development activities
  • Encourage campers and help create a positive environment
  • Assist with check-in, transitions, and general camp flow

Important Notes:

  • This is a volunteer position
