We're Hiring: Full-Time Web Developer (Remote)


Help us grow one of the most trusted basketball training brands in the world.

Breakthrough Basketball is looking for a full-time web developer to join our small, passionate, fully remote team.

We've been around for 15+ years and have built one of the largest basketball development companies in the U.S., running hundreds of camps and training programs each year. But we still move fast, stay lean, and take pride in doing things the right way.

About the Role:

You'll work directly with our leadership and marketing teams on a variety of projects. Some are updates and improvements to legacy systems (PHP, MySQL, ASP.NET), others are new features and web apps we're building from scratch. You'll help us keep our systems running smoothly, build better tools for our customers and staff, and make an impact right away.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong, adaptable developer with solid experience across the web stack.
  • Comfortable working with (or learning) a mix of technologies: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, classic ASP, and ASP.NET.
  • Have solid understanding and experience with object oriented programming, relational database design, and user interface design
  • Able to problem-solve and learn on the fly. You don't need to know everything on day one — you just need the mindset to figure it out.
  • Not a rookie. You've built and shipped real stuff before.
  • Good communicator and self-starter. This is a remote role, so we're looking for someone who takes ownership and doesn't need micromanaging.
