Content Creation Manager (Full Time - Work from Home)


Job Description

We're looking for someone to manage the development of various content for Breakthrough Basketball. The content can include website articles, online videos, online courses, emails, social media posts, PDF downloads, and more.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have 5 or more years of basketball coaching experience at the high-school level or higher.
  • Passionate about basketball, sports, and positive coaching.
  • Strong communication and writing abilities.
  • Friendly, honest, & ethical.
  • Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, writers, and video editors (editing experience is not required... only the ability to manage people).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail... so you can communicate with editors and produce exceptional videos.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities will include managing various aspects of content creation. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Write emails, articles, and social media posts.
  • Manage the development of instructional basketball videos.
  • Work with our marketing team to provide consultation and expertise.
  • Collaborate and brainstorm ideas with our team to create top-notch content, world class services, and an incredible experience for our customers.
  • Review and critique a variety of marketing mediums -- including sales pages, ads, camp fliers, PDF downloads, social media posts, webpages, marketing videos, and more.
  • Assist with various projects.

Location Requirements

This is a work from home position with some occasional travel involved. Must live in the United States for ease of travel to various video shoot locations.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
