Assistant Camp Counselor (Regional)

Job Description
Breakthrough Basketball is looking for reliable, dedicated basketball coaches for our basketball camps (Grades 4-12). Our coaches must have the desire to work with children and the ability to teach the fundamentals of basketball in a camp setting.

Breakthrough Basketball is committed to developing youth throughout the country on and off the court. Our goal is to develop kids who understand how to play the game the right way. People skills are a must. Personal attributes should include: enthusiasm, a sense of humor, patience and self-control. He/she must identify and meet camper's needs and have high moral standards. Our coaches are expected to be role models and positive examples at all times.

Requirements:

• Responsible and Mature
• Comfortable working with children of all ages
• Knowledge of the game

Job Description:

• Greeting new campers
• Offering emotional support
• Ensuring players safety
• Making sure the campers are having fun!

Employment Type: Seasonal/Temporary

Minimum Experience Required: High School Coach, College Coach, College Basketball Player or AAU/Youth Coach.

Minimum Age Required: 18
