Beat the Pro Shooting Game

This is a shooting game that is both fun and challenging.

Instructions

Player starts at mid court. He cuts to top of the key receives a pass from the wing and shoots. After shot he backpedals to mid-court and cuts to the top of the key again. Player starts with 5 points.

Scoring is: Miss is +1, make is -1. Object is to get to 0 before getting to 10.

You can play this game with any type of shot -- free throws, wing shots, shooting off the dribble, etc . You can also adjust the starting score and have the players start at 10... trying to get to 0 before reaching 20.

To make things more interesting, add incentive. Winners take a break. Losers do some conditioning.
