Lead Instructor - Neil Johnson

Coach Johnson been working with young athletes for over ten years, emphasizing the fundamentals of sports as well as its life lessons.
Neil has organized and coached AAU basketball teams, which included conditioning, individual skill development, teamwork development and mental preparation.
Developed and taught two Basketball Bootcamps for 7th and 8th grade boys that utilized age/experience appropriate strength, plyometric, speed, agility, and quickness exercises.
He is passionate about coaching and making players better (always reading about successful athletes training regimens and what top coaches philosophies are).
Coach Johnson received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Stanford University and am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and hold a Youth Exercise Specialization (YES) from the NASM and am a USA Basketball Youth Development Certified Coach.
Neil Johnson was All-State in high school (winning back to back state championships), and decided to walk on at Stanford University. After 2 years of hard work and dedication, he was awarded an athletic scholarship for his final 2 years, so he knows what it takes to compete and succeed at a high level.
