Lead Instructor - JeVar Hudgens

JeVar Hudgens is currently the Head Varsity Girls Coach at Mansfield Senior High School in Mansfield, Ohio. After graduating from Mansfield Senior High, he went on to attend Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio, where he played collegiate football and basketball. Hudgens then furthered his education in Sport Management at Grand Canyon University.

Utilizing his degree, he formed a youth organization in 2009 called the Mansfield Cavs Youth in which they field over 9 teams yearly of all grade levels. Hudgens now has over 17 years of coaching experience from youth through college. His passion and commitment is rooted in the development of today’s youth.

Accomplishments include Co-Coach of the year in '20-'21 and '22-'23, First “Ohio Cardinal Conference” Championship in '22-'23 since '03, Queens of the Hardwood All-Star Game Head Coach, Northwest District All-Star Game Head Coach, 2 Sectional Championships, a Conference Championship,  AAU National Champions ('09 & '11), Grand Nationals Champions ('10, '12, '15), Ohio Youth Basketball Champions ('09, '10, '12, '14, '16), Indiana Youth State Champions ('16, '17, '19), NYBL 6th grade team ranked 10th in the Nation ('14) and many more league and tournament championships.
