Derek Duman Camps

Lead Instructor - Derek Duman

Derek Duman serves as the Athletic Director and Assistant Principal at Riverdale School District, where he also leads the Boys Basketball program. With over 12 years of experience as a public school educator, Derek has worked as a math teacher, athletic director, and coach, bringing a well-rounded perspective to developing both students and athletes.

In addition to his school leadership, Derek is deeply involved in the basketball community. He currently serves as President of the Oregon Basketball Coaches Association and has also served as a board member for the Oregon Council of Teachers of Mathematics.

A collaborative leader, Derek is passionate about helping others reach their full potential — on the court, in the classroom, and beyond.
