Andrea Gorski Camps

Lead Instructor - Andrea Gorski

Andrea Gorski, with over 25 years of coaching experience, including 10 years at the Division I level, revitalized Bradley University’s Women’s Basketball program after being named head coach in 2016. Under her leadership, the team achieved historic success, including the program’s first Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Tournament title and NCAA Tournament appearance in 2020-21. Known for her focus on player development, Gorski produced eight All-MVC First-Team selections and led the Braves to back-to-back 20-win seasons, setting a new standard for the program. Her coaching success made Bradley the first MVC program to improve its record for five consecutive seasons.

Before her time at Bradley, Gorski built a winning program at Concordia University in Ann Arbor, where her teams made three consecutive NAIA Tournament appearances and reached the Sweet 16 twice. With a career that began at Ladywood High School, where she led her teams to 11 district titles and two Catholic League Championships, Gorski has consistently developed strong, competitive teams. A former standout player herself, Gorski was a first-team All Conference guard at Bradley and was inducted into the Bradley Athletics Hall of Fame.

Coach G’s coaching philosophy is built around four core values: Gratitude, Ownership, Accountability, and Toughness. She believes these principles are essential not only for success on the court but also in life. By instilling these values with enthusiasm and passion, Gorski helps athletes develop the mindset and resilience to complement their growing basketball skill-set.
