Instructions

    "Low"

  • 1 pass to 3, cuts to opposite corner
  • 3 pass to 5
  • 3 screen for 2
  • 4 fills up

    "Low"

  • 5 moves to score or
  • pass to 2 for shot or
  • skip pass to 1 for shot or
  • skip pass to 3 for reverse

    "Low"

  • If skip pass to 3
  • 3 reverse to 4
  • 5 cut to high post
  • 4 pass to 5
  • (or two man game with 2 and 1)

    "Low"

  • If pass to 5
  • 5 faces basket
  • looks for shot, drive or low pass to 3 posting
  • If no shot or pass, 2 cuts for a handoff and
  • 2 drive to hoop, pitch to 1 or dish to rolling 5

    "Low"

  • If drive by 2 is denied,
  • 2 reverse dribbles and passes to 3 at wing
  • 5 dives to low post

    "Low"

  • 3 can pass back to 5 or reset to 2
  • Reversal to opposite side and post up:

  • If no initial pass to 5, perimeter can reverse to opposite wing and 5 can post on opposite block and run "Low" from there

    "High"

  • To enter into "High",
  • 1 waves 2 through
  • 2 cuts to opposite corner
  • 5 cuts up to opposite elbow
  • 1 dribbles to middle and passes to 5

    "High"

    1 has three options after pass:

  • screen away from ball for 3
  • screen toward the ball for 4
  • cut back door to basket

    "High" (screen away)

  • 1 screens for 3
  • 3 accepts screen and curls or cuts back door
  • 1 loops back to top
  • 5 passes to 3 for lay up

    "High" (screen away continued)

  • If no pass for lay up, then
  • 3 continues to opposite side
  • 4 down screens for 3, opens to ball and posts
  • 3 looks for ball at wing
  • 2 fills opposite wing

  • 5 passes to 3 (or back to 1)
  • (1 passes to 3)
  • 3 passes to 4 in post
  • if 4 recieves ball, 5 dives to opposite block

  • If no pass to 4 in post, then
  • 1 steps past 5
  • 5 sets flair screen for 1
  • 1 flairs back out to top of key
  • 3 passes to 1

  • dribbles at 2, and 2 cuts back door

  • 4 back screens 5

  • 1 reverses to 2
  • 4 back screens for 3
  • 2 looks for 3 under basket

  • 1 cuts back door to basket
  • 5 pass to 1

  • 3 down screens 2 and then rolls to basket

  • 4 accepts screen and cuts to 5

  • 4 drives, shoots or

  • as 4 cuts off handoff from 5:
  • 4 pass to 2
  • 2 pass to 3 in post
  • 5 sets flair screen at opposite elbow
  • 4 cuts toward ball and back to top for shot or ball reversal

  • 1 passes to 5 and screens 4
  • 4 goes back door
  • 5 passes to 4 for lay up or 1 at wing
  • 3 and 2 create weakside action

  • 4 scores or pass to 5 diving to hoop or 3 weak side for shot
  • 2 fills top for reversal and 3 stays opposite wing

  • 5 flashes to ball side elbow
  • 4 dribbles up to slot
  • 2 fills wing
  • 1 shallow cuts to opposite wing
  • 3 fills weak side slot

  • Now we are reset on other side:
  • 4 pass to 3
  • 5 back screen for 4
  • 3 pass to 1
  • 1 look to 4 for lay up or to 5 flashing to elbow

    if 1 pass to 5 at elbow:

  • 1 cuts to hoop
  • 5 pass to 1 or
  • 5 pass to 4 back door or
  • 5 drive to hoop.

  • If no scoring opportunity, all players circle back to 2 guard set.

    After a few guard to guard passes or if denied,

  • 2 pass to wing (3) and UCLA cut off 5
  • 1 and 4 exchange weak side
  • 3 looks to 2 for lay up
  • 5 pops out

    "High" with a two guard front transition into "Low":

    if no lay up,

  • 3 pass to 5
  • 5 down screen for 2
  • 5 reverse to 4
  • 2 cut to high post
  • 4 pass to 2

    "High" with a two guard front transition into "Low":

  • 2 looks to 5 down low or
  • 2 dribbles out and we are set in "Low"
