Purpose of the Drill:
The purpose of this drill is to work on all the shots you can take from a catch situation with the pressure of the clock.
Instructions

- Shooter must make one midrange jumper at each of the five spots (corner, wing, top, wing, corner) around and back.
- Then repeat the process taking 1 dribble pullups right, 1 dribble pullups left, catch and shoot 3's, and 10 Free throws.
- Put 7 minutes on the clock to complete all the makes.
Points of Emphasis:
- Emphasize technique and proper footwork.
