I am taking over a small school's girls program that has had very little if any talent come through the system in quite some time (one win in the last three years)and basically need to build the program from the ground up. I want to do some clinics for the younger age groups starting this summer if possible (starting probably in grade 3) but have no idea what to include or even how to get started running a camp. Obviously fundamentals need to be gone over but I would like to make it a fun camp too. Any thoughts on a.) fundamental games to include that are also fun, b.) how to have a successful camp in a really small town c.) how to run it smoothly d.) how long a good camp should be in terms of hours and days e.) any thing else regarding a camp??? Thanks! You guys always come through.
