I'm Hilde from Belgium...after my illness I'm starting to coach again next season. omegle discord xender My team will be girls, age 15-17 but they\'re really small and I don\'t have any tall girl.I was thinking about pushing the defense and hoping that will result in many fast breaks.Do you guys have any great offense for a team with no "big" girl? Thanks and I love the website!Greetings from Belgium

Big fan of 5 out motion offense, especially in your situation. Depends on your team's abilities, but if they're good ball handlers and fast, you can dictate the momentum by pushing the ball up court quicker.

You can run to the 5 out version of either of these offenses...

And if you want to pressure on defense and create a high tempo, this is really effective:

This is a huge consideration.

An appropriate offense for a youth team will often be completely different than an appropriate offense for a college team.

Consider which offense suits the goals of your level of play.

Also, it’s important to remember that some offenses take longer than others to learn.

If you coach a youth team and only get one 30-minute practice each week, you probably don’t have time to implement anything advanced like the full Triangle Offense.

While high school and college teams with more available practice time do have this option
