Do you have strength training, agility, or jump training drills that we can incorporate in our practice or have kids (middle schoolers) do at home on off days?

We don't have anything at the moment but we're looking at putting together some resources to help with that. For now I'd suggest a good dynamic warm up to develop coordination, mobility, fundamental movement skills, and improve balance.
