I am trying to find a really good drill that emphizes defense. I have been doing alot of drills for defense and my players are starting to understand what is expected on defense. I am looking for something that works on position and knowing what to do away from the ball. Some of my players need a drill to work on away from the ball defense.

I would suggest to find a good shell drill, this teaches seeing man and ball, getting to the help line and to be ready for flash cutters and players defending the ball getting beat... Look on this site, I'm sure that Jeff & Joe have one there.
