Kris: There IS no easy way, if it was easy, anyone could do it. it takes long hours, hard work, and most of all experienced voices such as the ones you are speaking to now. They have gone through it time and time again. The fundamentals, the repetitions, the drills, the disappointments, and yes the small victories. Like the victory when you actually see that a kids really gets it. Starting youth clubs is not an easy task, its one that has many disappointments and little reward. But if you persevere, have a positive outlook and committed personnel, then you will succeed. I have been taught, if you don't have time to do things right, when will you find the time to do them over? Coach Mac.

Things were beginning to get boring! :-)

I have been taught, if you don't have time to do things right, when will you find the time to do them over? Coach Mac.

I too was taught that along time ago..... some people wondered why I was so anal.... I told them that it was because I hated doing things over again.
