You know when you will find out? When those kids keep in contact with you as they get older.... This winter I was going to watch my old school play.... and 6 kids that I worked with when they were 7th graders came up to me with this big smile and we talke a little bit. They had all made their HS team

They certainly made my day and according to the feedback I got from a few parents,,,,, I made theirs too. Wins? NICE.... but a good relationship and seeing them make their HS team and play at the next level..... thats the best!!

Believe it or not , I was the coach of the 1989 Canada Games Team from Ontario Canada. that was the year that we ended up playing British Columbia in the finals and their point guard was Steve Nash and what a treat he was to watch. But I had Rowen Barrett who went on to play for the Raptures and some other great players that went on to star in NCAA Universities.... Coach, I thought the OBA had stepped in on this poaching stuff years ago.......I guess it continues. Oh well, I was never a huge fan of the OBA. Coach Mac
