First of all, quit rubbing it in! :-) When I was coaching younger kids some of them would shovel their drive ways in the winter and then go out and shoot...... talk about being dedicated... guess I sold them on the game... they were great kids.... our school didn't have a gym, so we had to rent out facilities....

Rob, here is a suggestion....... have your son video a couple of your practices.... you will get to see who is working hard and who isn't.... you will see where YOU can adjust something that you are doing... tapes don't lie.

The less practice time you have the more organized you have to be..... NO wasted time - just make sure that they are having fun too since these are younger kids.
