Hi Guys,
After many moths of working out, I have come to appreciate the fact that basketball skills can only be perfected through coaching and practice. Just like a baby first learns to crawl, then walk, and finally to run, every basketball player must be willing to devote time to coaching and practice. Whether your a novice or veteran, you need a coach.

Thanks

Good points. It never hurts to have someone else give you some pointers or help you improve.

I'm a decent golfer (played quite a few years at this point), but a few years back, I felt like my shot just wasn't happening on my short game. I decided to take a lesson. The instructor set up a video camera and within 10 minutes was able to diagnose a problem. It helped a ton for me to actually see my stance and swing.

I'm still not ready to quit the day job and go on tour, but it sure helped my golf game. The side benefit is I'm winning more bets with my golfing buddies these days. They don't need to know I had a couple of lessons. ; )
