Copywriter & Email Marketing Manager (Full Time - Work from Home)

Job Description

We're looking for a full time Copywriter & Email Marketing Manager to help with a variety of projects at Breakthrough Basketball.

Primary responsibilities will include managing all aspects of our email marketing. This includes but is not limited to:

• Manage all areas of email marketing... writing emails, creating content, managing the email schedule/calendar, monitoring metrics, create re-engagement campaigns, nurture the list, and so on.
• Lead Conversion - Use a variety of tactics to convert leads into loyal customers and raving fans.
• Copywriting - Write persuasive copy for product sales pages, social media, camps, sales videos, and other mediums.
• Optimize Landing Pages - Optimize registration pages, sales pages, and squeeze pages via split testing.
• Test and Innovate - Test new sales and marketing tactics to grow the business.
• Other - Assist with various sales and marketing projects.

Job Requirements:

• Strong copywriting & persuasion skills.
• Understand lead nurturing, online sales, marketing and conversions.
• Able to work from home -- you need high speed internet, computer, and a quiet place to work.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience coaching and/or playing basketball is a plus but not required.

Location: This is a work from home position.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate... depending on experience and qualifications.
