Set starts in a usual horns set with the two bigs setting ball screens on each side. The point guard at the top goes off the opposite side of where the back cut will occur. The player rolls after the point guard comes off of his screen

Once the first big rolls, the other big follows with another ball screen. The point guard comes towards the middle of the floor.

The big then short rolls towards the middle of the rim while the other big replaces the opposite side of the person dribbling.

The player in the corner sets up the back door and cuts as soon as the dribble gets near the wing. The empty space from the roll and replace action leaves enough room for the back door layup.
