About Heather Tupper

Heather Tupper is the Finance & Admin Manager, along with the role of HR Associate/Administrator with Breakthrough Basketball. Heather began her career with Breakthrough Basketball in January of 2014. Heather handles the financials, bookkeeping, payroll, and HR administrative duties. Her promotion in the beginning of 2022 also has her overseeing the customer service, admin assistant and shipping coordinator departments.

In addition to her education at Ellsworth Community College and Iowa State University. Heather brings to the table 17+ years experience working in the administrative/bookkeeping department and 4 years in managerial positions.

Heather, her husband David, and four children live in rural Minnesota. They enjoy camping, swimming at the lakes, Iowa football and all the activities their children are involved in. Although they enjoy any bit of free time they are lucky to get hanging out at home.
