Breakthrough Camps Director Jim Huber takes you through one of my favorite drills to improve lateral speed and quickness. The reactive component in it is also great for game-like situations.
At first glance, it looks like a defense drill, but you strengthen the same muscles, tendons, and ligaments that will help you change directions on a quick dribble move.
