The offseason is in full swing. That means it’s time for you to take your game to the next level.
There are multiple ways to improve your game this offseason. However, there are certain things every way has in common:

With that in mind, here’s the 100 Point Player Development Challenge!
Do You Have What It Takes to Reach 100 Daily?
Here’s how it works. Below, you’ll find a list of activities with point values.
Your goal - surpass 100 points a day. The nice thing is, there are many ways to get to 100. That allows you to keep things fresh throughout the offseason.
You’ll also notice that not everything is basketball-related. As mentioned above, self-care is important. If you aren’t taking care of yourself, your game will suffer.
You do not have to do everything under a given point total to earn that amount of points. Each bullet is worth that number of points. For example, if you did 45 minutes of on court training and 45 minutes of athletic training, that would get you to 60 points.
40 Points:
4+ hours device-free
8+ hours of sleep
30 Points:
45+ minutes on court training
-
45+ minutes athletic training
-
45+ minutes play (pickup, summer league, open gym, etc.)
20 Points
20+ minutes reading
20+ minutes in nature
Family meal together
Healthy eating (no soda, minimal consumption of food in wrappers)
20+ minutes hobby (excludes video games)
Paid work
10 Points
10+ minutes meditation
5+ minutes journaling
10+ minutes recovery exercise (stretching, foam rolling, etc.)
Print a copy of the point values and post it where you can see it. The visual reminder will help.
At the end of each day, total your points.
