“Who completed their at home ballhandling workouts?”
Have you posted somewhere what your “home ball-handling workouts” entails? Don’t know that I’ve seen it and I thought I’ve read everything on the two websites.
I’ve been thinking about two 5-minute drills for them. A ball handling one and a dribbling one. Found something on another website that seems decent, wanted to see what yours is like.
Looking for 5-minute daily drills because this is just a city rec league. And I don’t want to hear complaining from the parents that it’s too much. I figure the kids and parents can handle 10 minutes a day.
Thanks.
