    I have done this drill, how can I get hesitant players to penetrate in this drill? I don’t have as much problem with my defense player closing out as I do the offense player stopping once he is confronted by the defense player.

    Gotta love the fast paced drills where basketball players only have a split second to react. If the defender can’t stop the ball. Getting the offensive player to at least change directions once is a good place to start. Maybe worth mentioning for the kids who are not so good at defense.
