| Post subject: | Absolute beginner from the UK |
Hello everyone,, I want to know what are the very basic drills i should be doing, I'm 22 and i feel it's a bit too late to go to team tryouts without atleast knowing the basics. I live near an outdoor court and go there to practice sometimes but kinda feel like i have no idea what I should be doing. |
