Coach - If you're referring to the Grinnell Run and Gun system... I'm not personally familiar with that. I have watched them play a little bit but have not run the offense or learned in in great detail. There are lots of different uptempo systems and philosophies in regards to that style of play. You might want to consider looking at Keith Haske's Uptempo System. It's a very good system that I know lots of people use it.
