This video gives lots of possible drills to help the young athlete. I have never worked on this aspect and it gives me lots of ideas. Probably to basic for someone advanced in these skill sets.

The exercises are too simple and insufficient for me to better develop speed and agility. I am very dissatisfied with the purchased DVD.
