Why You Should Listen?

It’s October, and if the Lakers hire Dr. Frankenstein to build them the “Ultimate Basketball Athlete”, his first call for knowledge will be to Alan Stein.  Alan’s been “In the Lab” with KD, Victor Oladipo, and other NBA players and the results have been, well, quite frightening.

The secrets of Stronger Team’s Mad Genius are all revealed in this episode. How to put muscle on stick thin players, the secret to jumping higher, sprinting faster and being at your strongest when everyone else is at their weakest and much more.

Basketball is an extremely dynamic sport that involves movements in multiple planes of motion. Due to numerous physical demands that come with the sport, it makes sports performance training a vital component to integrate into a basketball training program.

Alan Stein is the owner of Stronger Team and the strength & conditioning coach for the nationally renowned, Nike elite DeMatha Catholic High School basketball program. Alan brings a wealth of valuable experience to his training arsenal from over a decade of extensive work with elite high school, college, and NBA players.

Alan’s passion, enthusiasm, and innovative training techniques make him one of the world’s leading experts on productive training for basketball players. He is a performance consultant for Nike Basketball as well as the head conditioning coach for the annual Jordan Brand Classic, the CP3 Elite Guard Camp and the Nike Basketball Summer Skills Academies. Alan is the founder of the Stronger Team and is a co-host of the Hardwood Hustle Basketball Podcast.
