| Post subject: | Match up Zone |
Purchased your match-up zone DVD and first off, it's a great learning tool not only for a match-up zone but or man to man fundamentals. My question is dealing with the match-up zone and more specific the high post. If a team runs a 2 guard front with a high post and baseline runner, how do you defend it? Thanks! |

All things are personnel based so it depends on the ability of the players, but my first instinct is to match up to the runner man to man. |
