Thank you for your replies. Presently, I am out of coaching this year but will be coaching a 7th & 8th girls team next year. I'm basically looking for one offense that I can run run against man and zone with minimal adjustments. I like the 4 out 1 in because that is how my players run back in transition. With limited practice time each week, I want to keep things simple for them on offense and not have to learn multiple offenses/sets to run against man and different zones. Thanks, Dave |
