All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

1. We try very hard to ship orders within 24 hours during business days. If you place an order on a Friday, your order will ship the following Monday. Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday. Please take into consideration that during the busy basketball season and during special sales and promotions, it might take extra time for an order to ship.
2. The time it will take your order to arrive is based on the date after an order is shipped and not on the date an order is placed. For example: an order is placed on the 9th and shipped within 24 hours on the 10th and estimated delivery time is 3 business days. The date in which the count begins would be the 11th. Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday.
3. Delivery times and dates are estimates based on information provided by the United States Postal Service but there is no guarantee it will arrive on the specified date. Please note that during busy times and holidays, it might take extra time for the postal service to deliver.
4. Please allow up to 20 business days for all international orders to arrive. Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday.
5. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges levied by the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Breakthrough Basketball has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
