Instructions

    Option # 1, "Hands Up"

    (5 raises both hands up as players set)

  • 1 yells "go" when ref hands him the ball
  • 5 back screens 3
  • 3 cuts toward corner
  • 4 back screens 5
  • 5 cuts to right side of hoop
  • 4 rolls to left side of hoop
  • 2 loops to top for safe pass

    Option # 2, "Hands Down"

    (5 keeps hands at side)

    1 yells "go" when ref hands him the ball

  • 5 sprints diagonally out to top right
  • 2 sprints diagonally to opposite corner
  • 4 sprints diagonally to top left
  • 3 cuts directly down to ball

    Option # 2, "Hands Down"

  • 1 pass to 2 or 4 (2 pass to 4)
  • 4 pass to 5
  • 1 cuts to opposite wing, then goes back door
  • 5 pass to 1

    Option # 2, "Hands Down"

  • if 5 cannot pass to 1 for lay up:
  • 2 and 4 set stagger screen for 3
  • 1 spaces to side
  • 3 cuts up to key
  • 2 back screens 4
  • 4 cuts to hoop
