Comback versus Zone

This is a misdirection play versus the zone.

Instructions
- Guard passes to wing which allows other guard defender to cover the pass.
- Point guard comes back to the ball, receives the pass, starts back to free throw line.
- Backside post breaks up and sets a screen for the point guard.
- Point guard comes off the screen has three options.
- 1) Shoot a 12-15 foot jumper if nobody picks him up.
- 2) Passes to the wing either at the 3 point line or 12-15 feet onthe baseline if the wide defender comes up.
- 3) Hits the post coming across if defensive middle man comes up to stop the point guard.
- With only two defenders left, the defense can not cover all three shooters.
Additional Comments:
Hint - The point guard has a jumper unless one of the two defenders comes out to stop that shot. The point can then pass to the open player. The defense decides who will get the shot.
