Single Double Between the Chairs
Ages: Middle School High School+
Purpose of the Drill:
The purpose of this drill is to develop the player's ballhandling and attacking skills off the dribble.
Instructions

- The player starts on the baseline and makes a single move at the first chair, a double move at the second chair, a single move at the third chair, and a double move at the last chair.
- After the last move, they push out to attack and circle the cone.

- After the player turns the cone, they attack and finish at the rim.
Points of Emphasis:
- Stay low through the chairs.
- Keep your moves low and quick between the chairs.
- Push out fast after your last move.
- Turn the corner tight and attack the rim hard off the dribble.
- Try to get to the rim from the cone on two to three dribbles tops depending on where the cone is.
Motivation/Teaching Tips:
- See how many can you make in a specific amount of time.
