3/4 Court Sprint Fatigue Test
Ages: All Ages Youth Middle School High School+
Purpose of the Drill:
To determine the player's ability to recover between sprints and reproduce the same level of power over and over.
Instructions

- The player should sprint through the cones in the pattern that is outlined by the arrows.
- The finish is at the opposite foul line
- Then jog through the last set of cones and back to the start (should take 30 seconds)
- Repeat the process 10 times.
Points of Emphasis:
- Change directions by planting your outside foot. This will make you more efficient and lower times.
- Don't rush back...30 seconds is a long time.
Motivation/Teaching Tips:
- Each sprint is timed
