Jeff,

Could I see your notes on motion offense? I'd really like to see what you've come up with.

Jeff,

Would it be possible for you to send me the notes for your free form motion offense. I am coaching a group of 7th grade boys who are very athletic, and small. I'd like to find a motion offense that does not restrict their ability to make plays and the way you describe your motion sounds interesting. Thanks in advance!

Thank for the info on your motion offense Coach Haefner. I will be putting it to great use this season.

I would appreciate your guidance too. I am coaching a U8 team and need to get them started on the right path.

Thanks for the website. It's full of great information

For a U8 team I would suggest a basic pass and cut offense.

You can also read some of my notes here about working with youth teams.

Perfect, thanks. I've read a bunch on the site, and was planning a basic pass and cut offense, but I didn't see the other articles. Tons of information here!

I purchased the Read & Reaction System and I also purchased the Don Kelbick's motion offense ebook. I love the way the dvd breaks down the Read &React in stages and makes it very easy to teach. Being a student of the game, I am always looking to learn something new and impliment it to my youth team.
I would love to take a look at your Free Form Motion offense that can be taught in 20minutes.

Good Morning Jeff
I was wondering if you could send me your notes on your motion offense. I have been looking at different offenses to run, mostly sticking with patterned offenses to teach my middle school student athletes to continue moving even with out the ball and I think that this may help.

Thanks for the help

Anthony

For those interested, you can see the motion offense we run with our youth team explained here.
http://jeffhaefner.com/coach/what-we-did-with-our-4th-grade-youth-basketball-team-offense-defense-skills-and-more/

It's a 5 out offense that allows lots of flexibility for us to build and teach more fundamentals every year.
