We are looking at running this system, and my question is the #4 cuts to the opposite block when the offense is initiated on the right side with a pas to the #2. After the screen away from post to post and he cuts to the elbow...where does the #4 go when the ball is reversed to the left side? After the initial cut by #4, is it just 3 out and 2 in, or is there an easy way for the #4 to get back to the 3 pt. line so the ball can be reversed, and you can pick and roll in the corner again without running your #4 all over the place?

thanks

They run a 3 out 2 in motion. If you wanted to run 4 out 1 in motion, you could have the 4 flash the the perimeter after the cross screen ( instead of cutting to the elbow) and make sure your other perimeter players stay spaced.
